1. Acceptance of terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Zikry application and website operated by Iguana Reklam ve Yazılım A.Ş. (“Zikry”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be old enough under your local law to enter into a binding agreement to use Zikry. You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure.

3. Description of the service

Zikry lets you generate AI-assisted music and related content from prompts you provide. Access to generation is provided through credits and/or subscriptions. Features, credit amounts, and pricing may change over time.

4. Billing, purchases, and refunds

Subscriptions and credit purchases are made through the Apple App Store or Google Play using their in-app purchase systems, managed on our side via Adapty. Purchases are processed by the relevant app store and are not sold directly by us. Payment is charged to your app store account, and subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through that store. Refunds are handled in accordance with the policies of the App Store or Google Play through which you made the purchase; please refer to the respective store for refund requests.

5. User content and AI-generated content

You retain ownership of the prompts and inputs you submit. Subject to these Terms and applicable store and provider policies, the music and media generated for you are made available for your use. You grant us a limited license to process your inputs and store the resulting output as needed to operate the service. You are responsible for ensuring your inputs do not infringe the rights of others.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for unlawful, infringing, or harmful purposes.
  • Submit content you do not have the right to use.
  • Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or abuse the service or its providers.
  • Generate content that violates the rights, privacy, or dignity of others.

7. Intellectual property

The Zikry application, branding, and underlying software are owned by Iguana Reklam ve Yazılım A.Ş. and its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights in our trademarks or software beyond use of the service as intended.

8. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. AI-generated output may be inaccurate, unexpected, or similar to other output, and we do not guarantee that generated content is original, suitable for any particular purpose, or free of third-party rights. You use generated content at your own discretion and risk.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Iguana Reklam ve Yazılım A.Ş. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of the service.

10. Termination

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or use the service in a way that risks harm to others or to the service.

11. Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts and enforcement offices of Türkiye, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections available to you.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you within the app. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
